Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We collect only what we need to sell you a design and deliver it: your name, email, phone number and what you ordered. We never see your card details. We do not sell your data to anyone.

2. What we collect

When you place an order

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The designs you bought, the amount paid and the payment reference.
• Your IP address and browser type, recorded with the order as a fraud-prevention record.

When you create an account

• The same contact details, plus a password. Passwords are stored hashed — we cannot read yours, and nor can anyone who obtains the database.
• Your membership status, downloads used and files you have claimed.

What we never collect

Card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, bank logins or PayPal passwords. Those are entered on the payment provider's own systems and never reach this website. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, and a reference number.

3. Why we hold it

• To deliver your files and let you download them again later.
• To answer support questions about an order.
• To keep accounting records, as the law requires.
• To detect fraud and abuse of download links.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

4. Cookies

This site uses one essential cookie. It keeps you signed in and remembers what is in your cart. Without it, checkout cannot work.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Payment providers may set their own cookies inside their payment window — those are governed by their policies, not ours.

5. Who else sees your data

Only the services needed to run the store:

• Payment providers — they receive your name, email and the order amount so they can take the payment.
• Our hosting and database providers — they store the data on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in the event of fraud.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Login sessions expire on their own after a short period of inactivity.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. Write to cadfilestradrs@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your login and profile. We may keep the minimum order record required for tax and accounting purposes, and deleting an account ends your access to previously purchased downloads.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, purchased files are stored outside the public web root and are served only against a valid order, and payments are verified server-to-server with the payment provider rather than being trusted from the browser.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

9. Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
