1. Who we are

This website is operated by CadFiles Trader , 2/23, Near Street, Tindivanam, Tamil Nadu, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CadFiles Trader, and "you" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What we sell

We sell digital jewellery CAD files — 3D models intended for manufacturing, casting and rendering. Nothing sold here is a physical product. No item is shipped, and no packaging, courier or postal service is involved.

Product pages state the file formats included. Where a design is shown with a render, the render is a visualisation of the model; the finished piece will vary with the metal, stones, casting process and finishing you choose.

3. Your licence to use the files

When you buy a design, we grant you a licence to:

• Use the file to manufacture, cast and sell physical jewellery, in unlimited quantity.
• Modify the model to suit your sizes, stones or finishing.
• Render the model for your own catalogues, listings and marketing.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the CAD file itself, modified or not.
• Upload the file to any marketplace, model library, file-sharing service or AI training dataset.
• Share your download link or account with anyone outside your business.

In short: you are buying the right to make the piece, not the right to pass on the file. The copyright in every design stays with us.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in INR and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

If you pay through PayPal, you are charged in a foreign currency rather than INR, because PayPal cannot accept INR for an Indian merchant. The exact amount is shown on the checkout page before you confirm. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion charge on top, which is outside our control.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment providers on their own systems.

We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to a confirmation page with your download links, and the same files appear under your account if you were signed in.

Occasionally a design is delivered by email instead of instant download. Where that applies, we send the files to the email address on your order within 24 hours. If nothing has arrived in that time, contact us with your order reference and we will sort it out.

It is your responsibility to give a working email address. We cannot deliver to an address that bounces.

6. Refunds

Because these are digital files that are delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Accounts and memberships

You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

Membership plans give a fixed number of downloads over a fixed period, as stated on the plan. Unused downloads do not carry over when the period ends. We may suspend or close an account that shares downloads, redistributes files, or otherwise breaks these terms — without a refund.

8. What we do not promise

Our designs are modelled to normal casting tolerances, but manufacturing outcomes depend on your caster, metal, stones and finishing. We cannot guarantee any particular finished weight, fit or result, and we are not responsible for production costs, wasted metal or rejected castings.

We try to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
